Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZoe) Set-Aside

A contracting officer may set aside acquisitions exceeding a certain dollar threshold for competition and restrict the award to HUBZone small businesses.

The contracting officer must have a reasonable expectation that offers will be received from two or more HUBZone small businesses and an award will be made at a fair market price.
