How to Find a GSA Contact (POC’s)

How to Find GSA Contacts
### THIS IS NOT LEGAL ADVICE ###

If you are trying to find a GSA Contact (point of contact) to help you access resources or help otherwise, this article will provide some tips and guidance. As a government agency, the General Services Administration (GSA) plays a critical role in supporting the functioning of federal agencies. One way the GSA does this is by providing resources and assistance to help agencies navigate the various services and programs it offers.

GSA Contact Websites

GSA Organization

The first place to start when looking for a point of contact within the GSA is the agency’s website. The GSA website is organized by topic and program, so you can easily find information about the specific services you are interested in. Many of the pages on the GSA website also include a “Contact Us” section, which provides information on how to get in touch with the appropriate point of contact for that program or service.

For example, if you are looking for information about the GSA’s Schedules program, which allows federal agencies to access pre-approved contractors, you can go to the “Acquisition” section of the GSA website and click on the “Schedules” tab. This will bring you to a page with information about the program, as well as a “Contact Us” section that includes the email and phone number for the Schedules Customer Service Center.

GSA Regional Offices

In addition to the resources available on the GSA website, the agency also has a network of regional offices that can provide assistance to federal agencies. These regional offices are located throughout the United States and are responsible for helping agencies access GSA contacts and resources in their area.

To find a point of contact at a GSA regional office, you can go to the “Contact Us” page on the GSA website and use the “Regional Offices” tab to find the office nearest you. This will provide you with the address, phone number, and email for the regional office, as well as a list of the services they offer.

GSA Customer Service Centers

The GSA also operates a number of Customer Service Centers (CSCs) that are available to help federal agencies access the agency’s resources. These CSCs are organized by program area and can provide assistance with a wide range of services, including the Schedules program, the GSA’s Federal Acquisition Service (FAS), and the GSA’s Office of Travel, Transportation, and Asset Management (OTAM).

To find a point of contact at a CSC, you can go to the “Contact Us” page on the GSA website and use the “Customer Service Centers” tab to find the center that is most relevant to your needs. This will provide you with the phone number and email for the CSC, as well as a list of the services they offer.

GSA Program Offices

Finally, you can also find GSA Contacts by reaching out to the agency’s various program offices. These offices are responsible for managing and implementing specific programs and services, and they can provide assistance and guidance on how to access these resources.

To find a point of contact at a GSA program office, you can go to the “Contact Us” page on the GSA website and use the “Program Offices” tab to find the office that is most relevant to your needs. This will provide you with the phone number and email for the program office, as well as a list of the services they offer.
