How do I use contract opportunities data files?

Log in to your account and follow the instructions below:

  1. Select “Data Services” located in the header menu.
  2. Within the Data Services area, select “Contract Opportunities.”
  3. You can now choose which files to view. For more information, select the “i” icon, which provides additional details about the folder contents.
  4. Before viewing data files, you will need to accept the Data Services Terms of Use (TOU).
  5. Once accepted, you can review your TOU acceptance information on your user profile page.
