What is GSA PSS (Professional Services Schedule)?

The Industrial category (previously Schedule 51V) of the Multiple Award Schedule program provides a streamlined approach to acquisition within the scope of several service-based GSA Schedules. The goal of GSA Industrial category is to offer a total solution across several service competencies. Contractors under this schedule have a single contract that offers scopes of service that span multiple GSA Schedules. The Industrial Category includes components from the following Legacy GSA Schedules: GSA IndustrialGSA Schedule 51V - Hardware Superstore GSA's Industrial category is under the Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. It is the major procurement vehicle for v among Federal Agencies. This type of contract is called an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), which means that there are no PO's attached to the award, but it is rather a channel for sales to flow through (i.e. a License to hunt).

The Industrial Products and Services category offers goods and services and can include those used in the production of a final product (e.g., Basic or raw materials and components, instruments, hardware or tools). Additional information can be found on the Acquisition Gateway.

Offers submitted and accepted under the 332510S and 332510C categories must be within the spirit and concept of a hardware store, home improvement center or MRO. Products offered under these SINs, include a diverse line of products and related services that would normally be found in a commercial hardware store, home improvement center or MRO. Offers under category 332510S must include your complete storefront(s). Offers under category 332510C must include your complete catalog. Category 332510 includes services under scope of Hardware Store and the commercial practices of the contractor. All services must be firm fixed priced on the Schedule contract.
