GSA Schedule 23 V is the Automotive Superstore Schedule. Schedule 23 V includes the purchase or lease of construction, road repair, and snow maintenance equipment; remanufactured components; fire fighting vehicles; mobile command centers; refuse trucks; trailers; water and refueling tankers; low speed electric vehicles; vehicle accessories and spare parts; and automotive repair services. The Schedule also includes new and retread tires for passenger vehicles, as well as light and medium trucks and buses, and specialty tires.

The Schedule 23 V office is also a mandatory source for the purchase of federal agency vehicles. The vehicles covered by law include: alternate fuel vehicles, sedans, ambulances, buses, light trucks, medium and heavy trucks, station wagons, and wreckers
